SHIPPING & PROCESSING

SHIPPING

We are working to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 24-48 business working hours and shipped within 1-7 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday except for major holidays. Below is a list of holidays that we do not ship:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents' Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Christian Athletes Apparel is not responsible for conditions beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation severe weather, service interruptions, fire, customs, riot, pandemic etc. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently ship via UPS, USPS and DHL. Please be sure that you are shipping to a secure and trusted location, as Christian Athletes Apparel is not responsible for any stolen packages. For security reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

Please be sure to provide a valid or accurate delivery address for your order. Note that Christian Athletes Apparel will NOT assume responsibility for the cost of transportation to re-ship any orders that are returned to us due to an inaccurate or incorrect address. These orders are also not subject to cancellation, and the customer will be responsible for the transportation charges to re-ship the returned order to the correct address. 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are quickly processed and shipped within 2-4 business working days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your item has been processed and shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION 

We currently do not offer international returns due to high cost of shipping.

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by their country. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.
